Return Policy

At Flex Vybe, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every order and experience. If you need to exchange a product, please return it for store credit and make a new purchase once your store credit is issued. All products must be returned and approved before a store credit can be issued.

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Exchanges: We offer a 60-days manufacturer warranty defect for exchanges of the same product. .

Protein Electric Shakers: These must be returned clean and complete with all parts (lid, body, electric motor, and USB charger).

Reduced Pricing Items: Certain items may be subject to non-returnable guidelines (refer to the product listing).

We do not refund shipping fees or paid shipping labels as these services have been completed and paid for. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for exchanges and must be suitable for resale.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the exchange status. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not offer cash refunds; only store credit or exchanges for available products.

Customers are responsible for paying postage for exchanges.

All returned products are inspected according to our guidelines for refund eligibility.

Returns and cancellations are subject to a deduction of the original credit card processing fees.

In-person returns are accepted at our main office in San Juan, Puerto Rico, by appointment only. Please call 1-939-278-2525 to schedule an appointment.

All returns are video recorded to document item(s) received and their condition. Items not meeting return standards may be disposed of or require customers to cover return shipping.

Bulk orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the purchaser is responsible for shipping.
